Delivery Terms & Conditions

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following delivery terms:

1. Our logistics team will deliver your order to the delivery address provided during checkout.
2. Delivery may be made to:
   • The recipient named on the order; or
   • Any person present at the delivery address; or
   • The management office or reception desk (if applicable) at the delivery address.
3. A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available, and the management office is present, the package may be left with the management office, with or without a signature.
4. Once the order is delivered as described above, the delivery will be deemed completed, and the risk of loss or damage will be passed to the customer.
