Refund and Exchanges

  1. As part of our commitment to create the most satisfying shopping experience for you, subject to terms and conditions, no refund can be made on purchased items.  If you are unsatisfied with the product purchased, You may alternatively email (exclusivites@shiamas.com) to request to exchange the goods with a valid receipt and request returns within 7 days after the date of receipt of goods. Products need to be returned to us within 14 days of return approval. Goods can be exchanged once only.

  2. Exchange will not be accepted on items in any way used, altered, damaged or without original packing. We reserve the right to determine whether the condition of the item can be accepted for exchange.

  3. Return shipping costs will be refunded only on faulty items or items sent to you in error. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

  4. Please note that the terms outlined here apply only to purchase made through our online shop. Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at our physical stores.

 

Changes and Cancellations
