Shipping Policy

 

Exclusivités is dedicated to offer you a pleasant and convenient online shopping and delivery experience. Simply purchase your desired product(s) and tell us the shipping destination, we’ll take care of the rest. Our delivery service is available from 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. We will confirm the payment by email within 3 working days and arrange the delivery of goods accordingly.

 

Shipping & Handling Rates

1. Shipping charges based on product weight and volume per order are calculated, if applicable.
2. We offer free delivery within Hong Kong and Macau for any order at net purchase of HKD/MOP500 or above or HKD/MOP100 delivery fee per order if below. (Hong Kong - Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, designated areas of Lantau Island : Tung Chung and Discovery Bay).
3. Delivery Service is not applicable to outlying islands (Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O and areas where no trucks are allowed to enter).  Extra Delivery fee of HKD144 will be charged for location in Discovery Bay.  
4. We offer free Taiwan delivery for any order at net purchase of TWD10,000 or above or TWD1,800 delivery fee per order if below. Taxes and duties are not included.
5. We offer free Singapore delivery for any order at net purchase of SGD800 or above or SGD160 delivery free per order if below. Taxes and duties are included.
6. Delivery fee for China, please refer to the information below. 
7. For international deliveries (for applicable brands), shipping charges is based on product weight and volume and taxes (if any) per order are calculated, if applicable. Please contact us for details.

Estimated Delivery

 

For Hong Kong deliveries, the estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days upon receiving our payment confirmation email.  Not including public holiday and weekends.

For Taiwan, Singapore and Macau deliveries, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days upon receiving our payment confirmation email. Not including public holiday and weekends.

For China deliveries, the estimated delivery time is 7-21 working days upon receiving our payment confirmation email. Not including public holiday and weekends.

The estimated delivery time is for reference only, actual delivery time may varies. Sometimes, payment, address verification, bad weather or force majeure event may cause an extra working days before your order can be shipped.
For international deliveries (for applicable brands), we are not responsible for any additional charges and delays caused by customs clearance.
